Discussion:

Welcome back, everyone!!! Now that medical student teaching is over for this year, it's time to get our journal club back on! Nick Bello from Tim's lab has very kindly agreed to present the above article, which is interesting because, as motivated behaviors, sleep and eating are closely related.  The class of compounds called the orexins, or hypocretins, have regulatory roles in both spheres.

This journal club will take place on MARCH 21 at NOON. As always, PLEASE let me know if there are topics/areas you are interested in, and we will work on getting them included.

Please forward the link to this page to others who may be interested in attending.

Thanks, and I look forward to continuing the discussion.

Graham
